What are the characteristics and uses of PP materials? Products made of PP materials are everywhere in our life. Like many other materials, many unfamiliar materials are widely used in our daily life. Careful friends may find that many milk tea cups, fresh-keeping boxes and water cups are marked with PP material at the bottom. What is PP material?

What is PP material?
The Chinese name of PP material is poly propylene. The first P stands for poly - "multiple, polymerized" and the second P stands for propylene. Temperature resistance - 20 - 120 degrees, is one of the common plastics used in microwave ovens. To put it simply, PP is engineering plastics. It is the abbreviation of Polypropylene. PP also has a Chinese name, polypropylene. According to chemical composition, PP is a crystalline isotactic polymer with well-arranged molecular chains. It is also divided into isotactic PP (polypropylene) and random PP. As its name implies, isotactic PP is a thermoplastic resin with crystallinity of over 95 and molecular weight of between 8-150,000. Irregular PP is a kind of non-crystalline, slightly sticky white wax at room temperature, with low molecular weight. It is commonly known as space glass. Non-toxic, odorless, strength, stiffness, heat resistance are better, can be used at about 130 degrees, has better electrical performance, moisture absorption, good fluidity, corrosion resistance, can be used for tableware.
